Head of Product/ Chief Technological Officer
Overview:
This role will take control of the app development and making sure it operates at the levels in accordance with the CEO. It will involve consistently speaking to developers and require a strict sticking to schedule.

The role will also involve research on new features to implement and writing reports based on the findings.
​
Requirements:
• A good understanding of native app development
• Previous experience in market research
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• A background in STEM
• Experience working with developers
• Have a passion for helping people
• Ability to stick to budgets
​
The ideal candidate will:
• Be motivated with a willingness to learn
• Have a network/ connections in the FinTech industry
• Be looking for a long term role in a fund raising start-up
• A degree is NOT essential, however the applicant will benefit with coding experience.

Chief Operating Officer
Overview:
Essentially the second most senior role within the company. As COO, you will work directly with the CEO to really take the company to the next level.

As COO you will be expected to run the day to day operations of the company and ensure that we are sticking to schedules. You will also be expected to report daily to the CEO with updates and suggestions for future progress.
​
Working with the CEO, you will make recommendations for potential employees and have an existing network/ list of contacts within the FinTech industry.

Requirements:
• A very high standard of management skills
• Management experience within previous companies
• Ability to stick to tight deadlines
• A proven understanding of the FinTech market
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for the millennial sector
• Strong understanding of finance
• Ability to write useful reports and recommendations

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong understanding of the current markets
• Have attended university, with a degree in any STEM or business related course
• Have experience either working for/ running a start-up
• Be driven to make a change in the world
• Visualise the company mission and directly assist the CEO to achieve this.

Overview:
As a summer intern you will be involved extensively with the company and have a very close working relationship with the Founder.

You will be involved with the marketing and development side of the business, primarily focusing on the steps to launch.
